Paul acts as a catalyst and partner, attracting like-minded people to collaborate through these diverse programs, lending his expertise to creating the project vision, identifying lands for conservation, determining the market demand, economic model, land analysis, large scale planning and overall development viability. His experience includes negotiating complex development agreements with national governments and local communities, through project delivery strategies to the highest international standards of excellence. His experience across various cultures and his well-respected reputation in sustainable development distinguish him in this emerging market sector.
Paul is an avid conservationist, wildlife photographer, landscape watercolorist, global traveler and has lived on and worked in three continents — Europe, Africa and the US — in the past 28 years working toward protecting the lands, wildlife and communities that he cares deeply about.
He is currently a resident of Sausalito, California.
